Description Port of Vancouver and NuStar, a tenant of the port, are cleaning up soil and groundwater polluted with chlorinated solvents from a terminal on the Columbia River. The Washington State Department of Ecology invites you to comment on a proposed legal agreement and studies for the Port of Vancouver and NuStar cleanup site. Comments will be accepted January 22 through March 9, 2015.
