| Description | This factsheet describes how the Department of Ecology is seeking comments on a draft interim action plan and state environmental policy act (SEPA) determination for the Port of Vancouver (Cadet/Swan) NuStar Site. The site is located at 2565 NW Harborside Drive in Vancouver. We will be cleaning up some contaminated groundwater and sampling sediment and surface water to study how effective the cleanup is. | ||||
