| Description | The Fact Sheet describes the draft agreed order for a partial Site cleanup. This is a legal agreement between Ecology and the Port of Vancouver about cleanup of hazardous substances at and near the Cadet/Swan part of the Port of Vancouver, Cadet/Swan, NuStar, and Kinder Morgan Site. The fact sheet also provides information on where to submit comments online and where to obtain electronic copies of the draft agreed order and the revised (July 2020) Public Participation Plan. | ||||
| NOTES | A link to the document will be placed on the Site’s gsp. The document will be uploaded to DSARS. The document is a fact sheet mailer that will be mailed to residents at addresses about ¼ mile from the Cadet/Swan part of the Site. | ||||
