Description The Washington State Department of Ecology prepared this fact sheet to provide you with information about the Phillips 66 Renton Terminal Site.Three parties have worked together on a legal agreement
called an Agreed Order in order to clean up this site. The
parties are Ecology, Phillips 66 Company, and
ExxonMobil Oil Corporation. Under this agreement, the work to be carried out to clean up the site is described in the Cleanup Action Plan.
