| Description | The Site is located at 212 S. 3rd Street in Renton, WA. This site was cleaned up in the Voluntary Cleanup Program. Ecology required that the Environmental Covenant be recorded for the property to restrict modifying or removing the existing structure in any manner that may result in the release or exposure to the environment from the contaminated soil or create a new exposure pathway. Cleanup was conducted at the site. Ecology is proposing to remove the Environmental Covenant. | ||||
