Description The Site is located at 500 7th Ave South in Kirkland, WA. Ultra Corporation entered into a legal agreement called a Consent Decree with Ecology to clean up the chemical contamination at the former Pace National Site. The Consent Decree was amended in 2013 to add the new purchaser, SRMKII LLC. Ultra Corporation and SRMKII have satisfied the cleanup requirements under the Consent Decree. The groundwater compliance monitoring results for four consecutive events show no detection of chemicals of concern, and specifically, no vinyl chloride.
