Description This report is a follow-up as required in the 2010 Washington Regional Haze State Implementation Plan. Ecology evaluated emission controls applicable to recovery processes at pulp mills. This report also analyzed visibility improvement in federal Class I areas (national parks and certain wilderness areas) that might occur if additional emission controls were required at pulp mills.
