| Description | This is an addendum to the Quality Assurance Project Plan: Product Testing Program Version 1.0. In this study, data reported into the Children’s Safe Product Act (CSPA) Manufacturer Reporting Database will used to prioritize chemicals and product-components for laboratory testing. Product-component results will then be used for enforcement of the CSPA Rule (Chapter 173-334 Washington Administrative Code (WAC)), by which manufacturers are required to report to Ecology if a product contains a chemical of high concern to children. |
