Description This is the updated guidance on determining the ordinary high water mark (OHWM) for consistency with the state Shoreline Management Act. This guidance describes the regulatory framework for OHWM determinations and describes methods and field indicators applicable to streams, lakes, tidal waters and associated wetlands.
