Description The Tidewater Fuel Line Leak Site is near the Snake River just upstream from where it merges with the Columbia River at 2900 Sacajawea Park Road in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington. The Washington State Department of Ecology is proposing to enter into a legally binding Consent Decree with Tidewater Terminal Company requiring them to clean up petroleum contamination in soil and groundwater, as described in the draft Cleanup Action Plan. Ecology is also accepting comments on the draft Public Participation Plan that outlines how we will inform the public and engage you in the decision-making process.
