Description Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) and the Potential Liable Persons (PLPs): Chevron Environmental Management Company, Nordic Properties, and Victory Business Park will enter into a legal agreement called an Agreed Order that requires the PLPs to conduct a Remedial Investigation (RI) and Feasibility Study (FS), and prepare a Draft Cleanup Action Plan (DCAP).

The Newman’s Chevron cleanup site is a former gas station located at 2021 6th Street within the City of Bremerton, Kitsap County. A gas station and convenience store operated there from 1961 until 2008. Currently, the business is closed, but the fuel pump dispensers, while inoperable, remain at the site.
