Description Bothell Riverside site is generally located at NE 180th Street & Woodinville Drive (SR 522). The site is separated into two distinct cleanup areas. They are referred to as Riverside TPH (Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons) Site and Riverside HVOC (Halogenated Volatile Organic Compounds) Site which were both addressed in the Remedial Investigation. The Feasibility Study and the Draft Cleanup Action Plan are only for the Riverside TPH Site.

Bothell Riverside is a former two-acre parcel that no longer exists in its original configuration. In 2010 the City of Bothell converted the land into public right-of-way for the realigned SR 522 Highway and created a new private redevelopment parcel north of the roadway. The southern portion of the property has become part of the City’s park system.

Ecology invites you to review and comment on the following documents:

• Draft Remedial Investigation that investigates the extent of soil and groundwater impacts to the site.

• Draft Feasibility Study only for TPH, which describes the contamination and provides cleanup alternatives for that area.
