| NOTES | Ecology manages the Technology Assessment Protocol – Ecology (TAPE) process to evaluate the ability of Manufactured Treatment Devices (MTDs) to meet the removal criteria set by the Municipal Stormwater General Permits. This document provides guidance to applicants for the development of the Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) and the Technical Evaluation Report (TER). This publication is a revision of the 2011 Guidance for Evaluating Emerging Stormwater Treatment Technologies. All TAPE applications submitted after March 31, 2019 must use this version of the guidance. | ||||||
