| Description | Cleanup is complete at the Mobil 99BLV located at 1500/1510 145th Place SE, Bellevue, WA. The Site was a former gasoline station and is currently a corner shopping center that includes a grocery store and other retail tenants. The Department of Ecology is now proposing to remove the Site from the state’s Hazardous Sites List and Leaking Underground Storage Tank List. Before cleanup the Site underwent a Site Hazard Assessment in 2013 and was ranked “3” on a scale of 5, where “1” represents the highest risk and “5” is the lowest risk. This ranking estimates the potential threat to human health and the environment relative to other sites in Washington State. Ecology determined that the cleanup actions completed at the Site now meet state cleanup standards. Ecology invites comments on the: •Draft No Further Action Letter,and •Closure Report, March 27, 2018 (Cardno).
