Description The Washington Department of Ecology invites the public to comment on legal agreements for the Taylor Way & Alexander Avenue Fill Area site that require the parties responsible for cleanup costs to conduct a data work gap plan and groundwater monitoring plan, and write a remedial investigation and feasibility study, and a draft cleanup action plan. The following contaminants are present at the site and may be harmful to human health and the environment: Total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH), Volatile organic compounds (VOCs), Semi volatile organic compounds (SVOCs), Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and metals.
