Description Ecology invites you to comment on an agreed order (legal agreement) and a public participation plan for the Chevron 97502 cleanup site (Site). The Site is located at the corner of Ferry and Metcalf Streets in downtown Sedro-Woolley, WA. The City of Sedro-Woolley (City) currently owns the Site property. Chevron USA Inc. (Chevron) operated a service station at the Site from 1950 until 1991. The legal agreement between Ecology, the City, and Chevron will require the City and Chevron to evaluate cleanup options and create a cleanup plan. A future legal agreement will require the City and Chevron to design and carry out the work described in the cleanup plan.
