| Description | The Toxics Cleanup Program (TCP) at the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) offers “remedial action” grants and loans that help communities clean up contaminated sites and provide safe drinking water. Applicants must use Ecology’s Administration of Grants & Loans system (EAGL) to apply for this funding. This guidance contains EAGL instructions, tips, and screenshots that help you apply for three types of grants and loans: 1) Oversight Remedial Action Grants and Loans, 2) Area-wide Groundwater Investigation Grants, and 3) Safe Drinking Water Action Grants. This guidance is specific to TCP’s remedial action grant and loan solicitation for the 2023–25 biennium. |
