Description As directed by the Washington Legislature the Department of Ecology will evaluate potential impacts and mitigation for three types of clean energy using the State Environmental Policy Act. Programmatic Environmental Impact Statements will provide high-level information on potential impacts and mitigation. These are planning documents and not for specific projects. They will provide information for multiple purposes.
