| Description | The Department of Ecology (Ecology) and the City of Bothell (City) propose removing the environmental covenants for: • Tax Parcel 3 - Parcel # 9457200072. Bothell Paint and Decorating site is located at located at 18004 & 18005 Bothell Way N. • Tax Parcel 4 – Parcel # 9457200015. Bothell Former Hertz (18030 Bothell Way NE) and Bothell Landing sites (18120, 18126, 18132 Bothell Way NE). The environmental covenants were placed in May 2020 to address remaining groundwater contamination (total petroleum hydrocarbons-diesel/heavy oil and arsenic) and specify requirements such as prohibitions on groundwater withdrawal and use, preservation of monitoring wells, and vapor controls.
