Description | On major rivers flowing into Puget Sound, the Washington State Department of Ecology Freshwater Monitoring Unit established 7 stations that monitor for nutrients and other water quality parameters every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, year-round. The data from this project is used to inform the Salish Sea Model and give stakeholders the information they need for pollution control and resource management. This poster shows the station equipment and provides examples of the data. QR codes on this poster link to the project data and the Salish Sea Model. | ||||
