Description Ecology developed this public participation plan in cooperation with the United States Navy, Naval Base Kitsap, for their base in Keyport, Washington.
The plan describes how we involve the public in the issuance and renewal of a dangerous waste treatment, storage, and disposal (TSD) permit.
We encourage the public to:
• Learn about and get involved in decision-making opportunities.
• Provide input about permit conditions.
The public comment period for this permit renewal is April 8 - June 14, 2024.
