| Description | At Keyport, the U.S. Navy tests, evaluates, and refurbishes undersea warfare systems and their components. The Keyport base generates dangerous waste from those activities. Ecology held a public comment period from April 8 to June 14, 2024, to receive feedback on Keyport’s draft dangerous waste permit and draft public participation plan. This document includes the comments received and Ecology's responses. After considering the comments, Ecology finalized the draft documents without further changes. | ||||
