Description Soil sampling confirmed lead and arsenic contamination above state cleanup standards. Some contaminated soil was excavated, some of the soil was capped with asphalt, landscaping, grass, and geotextile fabric. The cleanup performed at the site along with a recorded environmental covenant meets state cleanup standards.
