Description The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) is proposing to dismiss the Consent Decree for the SKS Shell Station (Site). The Site is located at 3901 SW Alaska Street, Seattle, Washington. Ecology has determined that the cleanup action at the Site meets the state cleanup regulations (Model Toxics Control Act). The Site was cleaned up under a Prospective Purchaser Consent Decree.
