Description This Year 2023 Report on Activities to Implement Washington State’s Water Quality Plan to Control Nonpoint Source Pollution is intended to meet the requirements of section 319 (h) (8) and (11) of the Federal Clean Water Act (CWA) (33 USC 1329). The report documents the activities and accomplishments of the State of Washington in achieving clean water, and the Department of Ecology’s (Ecology) administration of the State’s Nonpoint Source (NPS) Pollution Program.
