Description Washington State Department of Ecology freshwater fish contaminant monitoring will take place on the Columbia River in 2025. They will collect fish to analyze for the presence of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), dioxins/furans, and other toxins.
