Description | Ecology invites you to comment on the following draft documents for the Stubblefield Salvage Yard site: • Cleanup Action Plan, which explains the activities we propose to clean up soil contamination at this site. Soil contaminated with polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and petroleum would be excavated and disposed at an approved facility. Remaining soil contaminated with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and metals would be regraded and capped with asphalt, concrete, or a minimum of 1 foot of clean soil. • Engineering Design Report, which provides more details about how the Cleanup Action Plan will be completed. |
