| Description | Based on this second periodic review, which included a site visit in December 2024, Ecology has determined that the Covenant's requirements are being followed. No additional cleanup actions are required from the property owner at this time. The property owner is responsible for conducting ongoing inspections to ensure the integrity of the cleanup is maintained. Ecology plans to schedule the next review of the site five years from this date. If additional cleanup actions or institutional controls are necessary, the following review will take place five years after the completion of those activities. | ||||
