Description The Washington State Department of Ecology established a fecal bacteria total maximum daily load (TMDL) for the Drayton Harbor watershed. Historical and TMDL data demonstrated the need for reducing fecal bacteria loading to protect designated uses. The following plan details how and when pollution reductions will be achieved to meet water quality standards in the watershed.
