| Description |
Ecology collects an annual fee to fund the implementation of the Clean Fuel Standard. The 2025 fee is based on 2024 participant data and projected program needs. All participants pay a base fee, with additional fees for those generating deficits, based on the number reported. The fee structure supports staffing, operations, and new work required by recent legislation. |
