| Description | This report provides a summary of credits and deficits generated under Washington’s Clean Fuel Standard (CFS) in Quarter 3 of 2025. A total of 206 businesses submitted required fuel-supply data to Ecology. In this quarter, participants generated 389,890 credits and 351,859 deficits. Electricity, ethanol, renewable diesel, biodiesel, and biomethane were the primary sources of credit generation. The report also highlights trends in carbon intensity, showing continued use of cleaner fuels. Data may be updated as Ecology works with participants to resolve reporting issues. | ||||
