| Description | This 30-month report describes the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities of the Washington State Department of Ecology performed at the Eagle Harbor/Wyckoff Superfund site (site; EPA Identification Number WAD009248295, Ecology Cleanup Site ID 2683) between July 1, 2023, and December 31, 2025. O&M activities during this period were performed at the Groundwater Treatment Plant and the area of subtidal sediment transferred to Ecology for long-term O&M. Ecology is required to develop 30-month reports under the Comprehensive Superfund State Contract (SSC) between the US Environmental Protection Agency and the State of Washington signed and executed on January 26, 2024. | ||||
