Description Governor Ferguson launched ZEVergreen in September 2025 to help Washingtonians save money and to meet the state's climate and clean air goals by expanding access to clean transportation. Led by the Department of Ecology, this effort explores new policies that could complement state emissions standards by addressing key barriers to ZEV adoption.
