| Description | This document, the 1991 State of the Environment Report, is not the definitive word on the status of our state's natural resources and enviromnent. It is, however, a reflection of the ways in which our state is evolving in its approach to the complex ecology of our air, water and land. Washington is a national, and, in fact, international leader in several areas of environmental management, but we want to do better, and that is the goal of every action we take under the broad umbrella of Washington Environment 2010. |
