Description This TMDL set a wasteload allocation for the Strait of Juan de Fuca. TMDL based on the 1983 EPA Dioxin Strategy, 1987 National Dioxin Study, five-mill study, and the 1988 U.S. EPA-Paper Industry Cooperative Dioxin Study.
