Description This study to evaluate the effectiveness of certain forest road and timber harvest best management practices (BMPs) is being conducted as a part of the Timber/Fish/Wildlife Cooperative Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research Program. The purpose of this second Interim Report is to provide an overview of the study design, summarize study site information, and report on progress to date. The project is employing a case study approach to evaluating BMP effectiveness. (This is TFW Publication No. WQ8-94-001)
