Bajo el VCP, Ecología puede ofrecer consultas informales y específico del sitio asistencia técnica a personas que realicen acciones remediales independientes en un sitio contaminado. Ecology puede proporcionar dichas consultas bajo la autoridad de la Ley de Control de Sustancias Tóxicas Modelo (MTCA), capítulo 70A.305 RCW, y su norma de aplicación en los capítulos 173-340 WAC. | ||||
