| Description | This form is required as a part of the implementation of the federal court-approved Lummi Peninsula Groundwater Settlement Agreement. State Water Users on the Lummi Peninsula that are connected to a Small Well (3 or fewer connections) must complete this form each year and submit it to Ecology by November 1st, in accordance with the terms of the Settlement Agreement. | ||||||
