Description Under the Emergency Planning & Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) Section 302, you must notify if your facility has an extremely hazardous substance (EHS) at or above the threshold planning quantity.

Under EPCRA Section 303, you must identify your facility emergency coordinator and provide contact information.
