| Description | When federal funds support an Ecology payable agreement, and if the agreement must comply with the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act, Ecology uses this form to get contractor/recipient information required by the act. Ecology reports on the recipient information by entering it in the FFATA Subaward Reporting System (FSRS) so the public can see how recipients spend federal funds. Ecology will not pay invoices against an agreement until it receives this form from the recipient. | ||||||
