| Description | The Washington State Department of Ecology proposes to enter into an Agreed Order with Tesoro Logistics Operations LLC. The Order requires Tesoro to conduct a supplemental Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study at the former Chevron Pipe Line Company Pasco Bulk Terminal Site. Ecology investigated the site in December 2000. The new investigation will provide additional answers about the petroleum contaminants remaining in soil and groundwater and define where contamination is located. The Feasibility Study will identify and evaluate the best methods to clean up the contamination. You are invited to review and comment on the Agreed Order, Scope of Work, and Public Participation Plan for the site January 21, 2016 – February 25, 2016. | ||||
