The study evaluated permit compliance for 45 mitigation projects randomly selected from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Ecology databases. The study evaluated site conditions against requirements of a variety of regulations (including Section 404 permits, water quality certifications, wetland mitigation plans, and monitoring reports). |
