Description This technical document summarizes the supplemental work conducted under the Lake Whatcom TMDL Contract Amendment No. 68-C-02-109. This work included two scenario simulations using the calibrated Lake Whatcom HSPF model for full build out and natural land use conditions (Cadmus & CDM, 2007) and the development of a translator tool that converts HSPF outputs to CE-QUAL-W2 inputs.
