Description | Under the Emergency Planning & Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) Section 311, you must provide hazard information for certain chemicals at your facility. This is a one-time reporting requirement, unless there is a significant change in the status of a reportable chemical (i.e., a change in the safety data sheet [SDS]). | ||||||
