Information Use this report to view violations and permit triggers. These include benchmark and limit exceedances on monitoring data, late permit submittals and other violations noted during an inspection. Click the "More Info" link to view more information about the violation/trigger including any related enforcement actions.

This report includes both permit violations and permit triggers. Permit triggers are not violations but rather when triggered require the permit holder to take an action defined in the permit. Benchmark exceedances and design criteria (85%) exceedances are permit triggers and not permit violations.
If the “is addressed” column in this report states “yes” then Ecology has taken an informal or formal action to address the violation or permit trigger. It does not refer to any action taken by the permit holder. Ecology’s performance goal is to address all permit violations for individual permits. The report includes NA (not applicable) for general permits.

At this time we are unsure why TSS would be indicated as so high in the Influent sampling, we will be checking this and looking into what may have caused this. As well as ensuring we are doing everything, we can to maintain this at a lower reading moving forward. Ammonia Samples came back high in the first set of samples 02/14/23. This may have to do with the unusual weather patterns that we saw this February ranging from 4 degrees up to 46 degrees with inconsistent weather patterns of sun to snow. Waterfowl came and went this month. All of these factors could lead to pond turnover multiple times with in the month, the constant stirring of the ponds could potentially lead to a more septic like environment allowing for us to pick up more ammonia in sampling. We will continue to monitor this and act as necessary to prevent issues.

Ecology does not routinely issue enforcement actions for those facilities that submit DMRs up to 5 days late. Ecology may consider taking action when facilities repeatedly submit their DMRs late.

This is expected to be due to pond turnover with the changing temperatures that we received multiple times going back and forth from warm to cold, and we will continue to monitor this to ensure these trends don’t continue as we continue to discharge this year. We will also monitor for I&I as this may contribute to a cleaner initial influent flow providing less potential for treatment.
