Description The Washington State Department of Ecology is providing an opportunity for the public to comment on its plans to conduct an interim action to address petroleum contaminated soils. An interim action is a partial cleanup designed to significantly reduce contaminants and/or exposure to contaminants. Ecology is also issuing a State Environmental Policy Act Determination of Non-Significance at the former Frenchies Fill N Food Site located at 106 E Moxee Avenue in Moxee, Washington. Public comments on the Interim Action Plan and SEPA Documents will be accepted from January 3, 2013 through February 4, 2013.
