Description The Department of Ecology will begin cleanup work at the Truck City Truck Stop Site located at 3216 Old Highway 99 South, Mount Vernon, WA. The Truck City Truck Stop facility was developed in 1952. Soil and surface water were historically impacted by several diesel & gasoline releases.
