| Description | The Chevron 90129 cleanup site is located at 4700 Brooklyn Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105. As of November 1, 2016 the Chevron gasoline service station and convenience store shuts down. Ecology and the Potential Liable Parties, FH Brooklyn LLC, and Chevron Environmental Management Company (PLPs) will enter into a legal agreement called an Agreed Order that requires the PLPs to conduct a Remedial Investigation (RI) and Feasibility Study (FS), and prepare a Draft Cleanup Action Plan (DCAP). |
