Description The Chevron 90129 cleanup site is located at 4700 Brooklyn Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105. Ecology and the Potential Liable Parties, FH Brooklyn LLC, and Chevron Environmental Management Company (PLPs) executed an Agreed Order on January 11, 2017. In the Agreed Order it requires the PLPs to conduct an Interim Action at the Site.

Ecology is the State Environmental Policy Act lead agency for the Chevron 90129 cleanup. Ecology has determined that the proposed actions will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment and issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS). Ecology will not finalize the DNS proposal until the 30 day comment period is over and Ecology has reviewed all comments regarding the Interim Action Work Plan, SEPA checklist and DNS.

Ecology invites comments on the Interim Action Work Plan and the State Environmental Policy Act Checklist and Determination of Non -Significance for cleanup at the Site.

Send your written comments to Dale Myers at dale.myers@ecy.wa.gov or USA mail to 3190 160th Ave S.E., Bellevue, WA 98008. Please indicate Chevron 90129 Cleanup Site.
