| Description | The Industrial Waste Area Group III and the Landfill Group, which represent the majority of the potentially liable persons responsible for Pasco Landfill cleanup, have each submitted a draft Focused Feasibility Study (FFS) to Ecology evaluating final cleanup options for all the landfill zones. The public is invited to comment on the draft FFS reports to provide input on final cleanup for each waste area September 12 through October 12, 2018. We will use information from the FFS reports, along with all interim cleanup actions and public input, to write the final cleanup plan for the Pasco Landfill. This plan will be available for public comment before becoming final. El Grupo III de Zonas de Desechos Industriales (IWAG, por sus siglas en inglés) y el Grupo de Rellenos Sanitarios representan a la mayoría de las personas potencialmente responsables (PLPs, por sus siglas en inglés) de la limpieza del Relleno Sanitario de Pasco. Cada grupo presentaron por separado sus borradores de los Estudios de Viabilidad Centrados (FFS, por sus siglas en inglés) que prepararon al Departamento de Ecología del estado de Washington (Ecología). En estos estudios, ambos grupos evaluaron las opciones finales para limpiar todas las zonas del relleno sanitario. Le invitamos a proveer sus comentarios sobre los borradores de los FFS para proveer sus contribuciones acerca de la limpieza final en cada zona de desechos. |
